Public Forum

An opportunity for members of the public to comment on agenda items.  The Public may speak on matters relevant to the meeting during a maximum period of 10 mins.  The chairman may at their discretion limit any speaker to 3 mins.

1. To receive any apologies for absence – apologies received from Cllr Murray Ferris
2. Declarations of Interest

            To receive any declarations of interest not already declared under the Council’s code of conduct or members Register of Disclosable Pecuniary interests and to receive and consider any applications for dispensation

To approve the minutes of the last Meeting held on un the 1st September 2026

4. NYC Matters

4.1       To receive any updates and information on NYC matters

5. Receive information on the following ongoing issues and decide further action where necessary

            5.1       Electricity supply to the village green

            5.2       Rewiring of Village Hall

6. Planning Matters

6.1       To consider the following planning application

26/04395/DVCON| Application for variation of Condition 3 (Approved plans) in relation to previously approved application HAM14/00873/FUL including installation of two rooflights on the front elevation to replace dormer windows and amendment to door and window design on rear elevation (retrospective).
